Magnet Electronics Warranty Policy is stated below. If you are ready to return product, please review our Return Merchandise Authorization Policy. Magnet Electronics Warranty Policy is provided by Magnet Electronics. (“Magnet”) and cover defects in workmanship and materials. Magnet Electronics offers to our customers the following limited warranty, the UPS & others products/device and its components mentioned in User’s Manual shall be provided with 1 years’ warranty for normal use (man-made malfunctions excepted.) starting from the date of shipment from Magnet Electronics factory.
In certain places were local laws having special provisions for the term of warranty, the foregoing term shall not be applicable. This warranty offers special legal rights. You are entitled to other rights pursuant to local laws. The Buyer/Clients is responsible for certain service and maintenance expenses. Please contact Magnet Electronics Customer Service for further details on specific products.
The following situation is not covered by the warranty:
Finished goods lost or serial number manipulated;
Loss or damage due to force majeure or external reasons;
Misuse, accident, negligence, unauthorized alteration or repair;
overuse;
Violation of operation stipulations.
Within the 1-year warranty period, if the UPS and other products or devices are out of order in the range covered by the warranty, Magnet Electronics shall repair or replace the UPS and other products/ devices in its own way.
